What is s.id Forms?

Forms is the form builder in your s.id dashboard. Add fields, preview as you go, and publish when it is ready.

People answer on the form link or inside your microsite. You review responses, views, and conversion from the same dashboard.

Available options depend on your plan

The number of forms, responses, and advanced options such as webhooks and XLSX export follow your plan.

Where do people fill in my form?
On its own s.id link, or inside a microsite where you embed it.
Can I change a form after publishing?
Yes. Unpublish the form in the editor first, then change its fields.
How do I keep out spam?
Forms use captcha before a response is submitted, and you can adjust the setting in the Settings tab.
How do I get my responses out?
View every response in the dashboard table and download it as CSV. Responses can also be sent to a webhook.
What are the plan limits?
The number of forms and responses follows the plan you use. Compare plans on the subscription page.
