What is s.id Forms?

Forms is the form builder in the s.id dashboard. Add columns, preview the form, then publish when it is ready.

People fill it in through the form link or directly in your microsite. Responses, visits, and conversions are all in the same dashboard.

Where do people fill in my form?

On the s.id link for that form, or on the microsite where you embedded it.

Can I change a form after it is published?

Yes. Unpublish the form in the editor first, then change its columns.

How do I prevent spam?

Forms use captcha before a response is submitted, and you can adjust the setting in the Settings tab.

How do I get the responses?

View every response in the dashboard table and download it as CSV. Responses can also be sent to a webhook.

What are the limits for each plan?

The number of forms and responses follows the plan you use. Compare plans on the subscription page.
